1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

2. Minimum Stay

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 is required.

• The deposit will be returned after inspection, subject to no damages or violations.

4. Occupancy

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

• Events, gatherings, or parties are not permitted.

5. Conduct & Noise

• Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with building regulations.

• Any disturbance to neighbors may result in immediate action.

6. Property Care

Guests are expected to:

• Use furniture, appliances, linens, and amenities responsibly.

• Keep the apartment clean and avoid causing stains or damage.

• Report any issues immediately to the host team.

7. Damages & Liability

Any damage to the property or its contents — whether intentional or due to negligence — will incur repair or replacement charges based on the extent of the damage.

8. Access Items Replacement Fees

Lost or damaged access items will incur the following charges:

• AED 150 – Key Card Replacement

• AED 300 – Access Card Replacement

• AED 300 – Parking Card Replacement

9. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

• Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning penalties.

10. Pets

• Pets may be permitted upon request and prior approval.

11. Housekeeping

• Housekeeping services are available upon request.

12. Payment & Taxes

• 5% applicable tax applies.

• Tourism fee applies per bedroom per night:

  • Studio / 1BR – AED 10

  • 2BR – AED 20

  • 3BR – AED 30

13. Compliance

Failure to comply with house rules may result in penalties, deduction from the security deposit, or termination of the stay.
