1. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after:

• Full payment (or agreed advance payment) is received

• Required documentation is submitted

• Security deposit terms are accepted

2. Cancellation Terms

Our bookings follow a Firm Cancellation Policy.

• Cancellations made after confirmation may not be eligible for a full refund.

• The refund amount, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in date.

• Administrative or processing charges may apply.

Specific cancellation timelines may vary by property and will be shown at the time of booking.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in on the confirmed arrival date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

In such cases:

• The booking amount may be non-refundable

• Remaining nights may be cancelled automatically

4. Refund Processing

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.

5. Security Deposit

The refundable security deposit (AED 2,000) will be returned after property inspection, subject to:

• No damages

• No missing items

• No policy violations

Processing time may vary depending on banking timelines.

6. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to depart before the scheduled check-out date:

• Remaining unused nights may not be refundable

• Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and notice period provided

7. Amendments & Date Changes

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to:

• Availability

• Rate adjustments

• Management approval

Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

8. Force Majeure

Aura Elite Homes shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government regulations

• Travel restrictions

• Natural events

• Public emergencies

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
