1. Is booking instant or request-based?

Most of our properties offer instant booking, while a few may be request-based, depending on the home. Availability and confirmation details are clearly shown at the time of booking.

2. What is the minimum stay required?

The minimum stay is 3 nights across our properties, ensuring a comfortable and well-managed experience for all guests.

3. What amenities are included in the stay?

All Aura Elite Homes feature Wi-Fi, air conditioning, power backup, security, and fully equipped kitchens. Housekeeping is available on request, and parking is provided on-site.

4. Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 is required. This is returned after check-out, subject to a standard property inspection.

5. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early or late requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
